Hi! We just wanted to give you the heads up about your Farmer’s Market tacos. On Saturday, May 19 my husband and I bought 2 tacos-pork and wasbi brisket around 9:45am. We bit into both tacos and the meat was totally COLD. Either the burner was not working at your place or the person dishing up the meat was not turning/stirring the meat so the warm meat could be dished up. We just thought you should know so that you wouldn’t lose customers in the future. Thanks.
I am really sorry about your bad experience with the tacos. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, as it is a problem I have been working on with my front line people. This will be solved and I will pass your comment on to my staff right before I fire/execute them. they know better. I hope that you have it in you to come back for tacos and thank you again for your feedback. We can’t improve our operation without this knowledge.
