Ankeny Unplugged Plug!
Tomorrow is the first Ankeny Unplugged for the year. This awesome event runs every Saturday during the month of June and showcases local music acts (with a stage powered by bicycles! HELLO!), art/crafters, local beer, kids’ activities, and TACOPOCALYPSE! We will be joining the fine folks of the Ankeny Jaycees to bring our tacos to all the Ankeny Unplugged events for 2012!
We will be serving from 4pm until 9 pm in Wagner Park in YOU GUESSED IT, Ankeny. Stop by for some great tunes and family fun. What’s the menu? It’s a surprise! See u there!

Not-So-Soft Opening Wednesday
Here it is, Taco Lovers…the moment you have been waiting for. Tomorrow is the first official night of tacos at our new home, the Bombay Bicycle Club. We were going to have a low-key preview of our new menu items and a test run of our new quick service um…service BUT a vote was taken and it was decided that WE SHOULD JUST HAVE A GOOD OLE FASHIONED TACO PARTY. AND THAT IS WHAT WE ARE OFFERING YOU, a really awesome night of Tacopocalypse, BBC, live music, and great times. What will we be cooking up? Um…

What you have is a selection of our most popular tacos, both for the introduction to those whom are new to the taco scene, and to please our long time Taco Lovers. We will also have a few other tricks up our taco sleeves, and you maybe be pleasantly surprised by the…surprise.
Tacos start off at 5, with the live entertainment commencing at 8 pm. It’s going to be a real champagne jam (with no actual champagne, of course). Come see a glimpse of what we have in store for The DSM Metro!

TUESDAY TACOPOCALYPSE CUMMING TAP MENU
Taco Lovers! It’s a beautiful day and looking even better for TACOPOCALYPSE TUESDAY at the CUMMING TAP. It’s going to be a great big ball of awesome topped off with some good friends, cold drinks, and some of the best tacos in the…well, pretty much anywhere you go. It’s the truth, no reason for us to be coy.
We have been working diligently on our new kitchen (Project Bullhorn) and have aquired some new equipment to make mass production of your favorite tacos much easier. What does this mean for you, the taco lover? It means no more running out of tacos early, it means no more “backup” tortillas (I will post a video of our new tortilla system, which I am very excited about), it means a more consistent experience for you. I am really happy about this, you probably don’t know what it is like to literally lose sleep worrying about feeding people tacos.
OH, YOU ARE PROBABLY WANTING TO JUST SEE THE MENU INSTEAD OF READING MY RAMBLING ABOUT THINGS.

You can get these flavors as tacos or as THE BREAKFAST THING (Corn Tortilla and Chihauhau cheese grilled together topped with one or multiple of the above flav’s then eggs, more cheese, and OUR REALLY AWESOME SLAW)
Sides of potatoes are also available, and our new ovens have made the potatoes twice as ggod. good.
