Tuesday Taco Pre-Ragbrai Blowout!

TacoLikers!  Tomorrow night Tacopocalypse returns to the Cumming Tap in sun-scorched Cumming Iowa!  We promised a big blowout extra special taco thing for all you Tuesday night Likers, seeing as we missed out on the DTFM this past Saturday, and it is going to be just that!  Here is what you can expect to shove into your taco liking mouths Tuesday night!

Ok, Ok, Ok, first off there is a big announcement.  WE HAVE RETURNED TO ONLY SERVING TACOS ON OUR CLASSIC HAND PRESSED CORN TORTILLAS.  THERE WILL BE NO MORE “BACKUP TORTILLAS” USED WITHIN THE TACOPOCALYPSE OPERATION FOR TACOS (They will still be used for the venerable Breakfast Thing) UNLESS A SERIOUS EMERGENCY HAS BEFALLEN THE TACOPOCALYPSE OPERATION.  NO KIDDING AROUND HERE, IF YOU MAKE THE EFFORT TO COME TO A TACOPOCALYPSE EVENT THEN YOU SHOULD ALWAYS EXPERIENCE THE FULL…UH…EXPERIENCE.  THIS IS OUR PLEDGE TO YOU.  PRODUCTION HAS BEEN STEPPED UP, AND EVERYONE COMES OUT A WINNER. 

There, we got that out.  Now for the rest of the menu stuff thing.

• Vegan Chorizo!  It’s Chorizo!  It’s Vegan!  You wouldn’t even know it if we didn’t tell you.

• Braised Pork Shoulder!  Yes, you already know about this stuff, since it is the O.G. Original Gangsta of Tacopocalypse

• Curried Pork Cheeks!  What?  Yes!  We have done a little curry action on these cute little cheeks.  They aight!

• Smoked Brisket!  Yes, we took a Niman Ranch Brisket and lightly smoked this sucker, then you get it in a hand pressed corn tortilla with some slaw.  Darn Tootin.

Yes, FOUR taco varieties on a Tuesday night.  Unheard of.  We also have the Tomatillo Habanero salsa, Salsa Roja, fresh cilantro, jalapenos, and onions.  And hand pressed tortillas. we promise.

Oh, yeah.  Cumming Tap from 5 pm to ?  Come get some tacos!
